Scheduling a consultation and submitting a commercial proposal

When you fill out the inquiry form on the Website to schedule a consultation or request a proposal for business management solutions (including when you are acting as a representative of a legal entity).

When you apply for a specific position through the Website’s career section or voluntarily submit your resume (CV) to our general candidate database so that we can contact you when a job opening becomes available.

Data processed: First name, last name, email address, phone number, information provided in the resume (education, work experience, skills, photo, if provided), and the content of the accompanying cover letter.
Legal basis: Your consent, expressed by voluntarily submitting your personal data and resume via the designated form.
Retention period: – If you are applying for a specific position: until the end of that specific recruitment process. – If you submit your resume on your own initiative without a specific recruitment process underway: we retain your data for 1 year from the date we receive your resume so that we can contact you if a position matching your qualifications becomes available. After this period expires, the data is permanently deleted.
