Scheduling a consultation and submitting a commercial proposal

When you fill out the inquiry form on the Website to schedule a consultation or request a proposal for business management solutions (including when you are acting as a representative of a legal entity).

  • Legal basis: The need to take action prior to entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in conducting and developing our B2B business.   • Retention period: 2 years from the date of the last contact. If a contract is entered into, the data is transferred to the customer database and retained for the purposes of contract performance.

Recruiting candidates and submitting resumes (Careers section)

When you apply for a specific position through the Website’s career section or voluntarily submit your resume (CV) to our general candidate database so that we can contact you when a job opening becomes available.

  • Data processed: First name, last name, email address, phone number, information provided in the resume (education, work experience, skills, photo, if provided), and the content of the accompanying cover letter.
  • Legal basis: Your consent, expressed by voluntarily submitting your personal data and resume via the designated form.
  • Retention period: – If you are applying for a specific position: until the end of that specific recruitment process. – If you submit your resume on your own initiative without a specific recruitment process underway: we retain your data for 1 year from the date we receive your resume so that we can contact you if a position matching your qualifications becomes available. After this period expires, the data is permanently deleted.

  • Data processed: The content of the conversation, the date and time, any contact information you voluntarily provide during the conversation (name, email address, phone number), and your IP address.
