NetSuite tools allow you to quickly and easily create flexible schedules of various types, change them, adjust them, and coordinate them with each other. SPPA HR&PAY module allows vacation requests to be submitted and approved electronically, taking into account team members absences or public holidays. It is possible to specify substitute personnel who will take over work functions or who will be given the ability to approve documents, such as being able to approve absences of individuals who are not hierarchically subordinate to them. This eliminates additional work for HR specialists, and with properly chosen communication and reminders sent from the system, it helps avoid human errors or other misunderstandings.

Various work time related reports, work time accounting sheets, and employee payrolls, as well as vacation payments, are automatically generated based on them. The automated process not only saves employee resources but also helps reduce the number of printed documents.

PAYROLL CALCULATION

The payroll calculation process is automated, minimizing the the human errors. The system is adapted to calculate sick leave, vacation, regular or dismissal payroll packages. Tax rates applicable to employees are automatically determined, earnings (allowances, bonuses), other benefits provided by the employer (health insurance, gifts, additional insurance, in kind income, etc.), and mandatory deductions (bailiff requirements, debts, etc.) are calculated. Payroll statements are generated, which can be sent by email or viewed in the employee self-service portal.

Various payroll related reports and necessary notices for SoDra and VMI are generated. Using the integrated system functionality, information is directly transferred to the accounting section. This helps to avoid data duplication or inaccuracies, reduces the workload of employees, and helps the organization use its resources more efficiently

EMPLOYEES SELF-SERVICE PORTAL

Newly hired employees, upon receiving temporary access to the self-service portal, have the opportunity to sign the employment contract with a qualified electronic signature. After employment, access is expanded, and employees securely connected from anywhere in the world via any mobile device can:

Review and sign other employment related documents, various work procedures, instructions, and amendments to the employment contract with both qualified and unqualified signatures

View and sign employment contract documents with both qualified and unqualified signatures

Submit absence requests and check their status

Monitor colleagues absence calendars and birthdays
